To Enroll Now:Call 216-245-4792 to schedule an appointment to enroll your child. Appointments are ususally set Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
For your convenience, we've provided a list of needed materials you must bring to complete the admissions process:
Forms:
Copy of Parent's ID
Student's Birth Certificate
Student's Social Security Card
Child Custody Information (for adopted or gained custody children)
Immunization Record
Proof of Residence (Light bill, gas bill, water bill - within 1 month of enrollment- or copy of lease or mortgage)
Transcripts/ Report Card
