College Preparation
From day one, our students are groomed for a successful college career. Even our Kindergartners anticipate the year they will attend college! Whether our students are participating in mock-interviews or attending our many campus visits throughout the year, the "college-bound" mindset is woven into into every aspect of the NDA curriculum.
Life-Skills Learning
New Day Academy believes it takes more than academic excellence to set a child up for a lifetime of success. That's why we place so much emphasis on our 4 Pillars of Success: Character Development, Leadership, Service Learning, and Multiculturalism. And that takes learning that goes beyond the classroom. Our students enjoy numerous internship, community volunteer, and extra-curricular activities.
Career Business Education
No other school offers the sort of hands-on business skills that New Day Academy's High School does. Partnering with powerhouses such as The Cleveland Clinic and the Justice Center, we are able to expose our students to real-world learning as well as business instruction within the classroom.
Small Classroom Sizes
We cap our classrooms at 20 students so that we can provide appropriate attention to the development of each and every student.
Dress for SuccessWe ask our students to dress for success 2 times per week in addition to their traditional uniform requirements. We believe this not only grooms them for the business world but also imparts a sense of responsibility upon them.
Sports Activities
We believe that exercising the body is every bit as important as exercising the mind. We currently offer boys and girls basketball, boys and girls track, girls volleyball, and boys football, along with cheerleading opportunities.
Extra-Curricular Activities
New Day Academy attempts to inspire and motivate our students in everything we do. Drama Club, Book Club, Dance Club...or any club that draws out our student's passion - we'll make sure to make it a part of our culture.
